Taking place Friday, September 18, this free community event invites families, students, future recruits and curious Calgarians to meet CPS officers and employees, explore specialized vehicles and equipment, experience interactive demonstrations, and learn about the many sworn and civilian career opportunities within the Service.

Join us for Police Day at the Calgary Police Discovery Centre, an action-packed, family-friendly event where the Calgary Police Service rolls out the cruisers, the canines, and the crime-fighting gear for a day of discovery and fun.
You’ll meet the officers who serve our city and get a front-row seat to the world of modern policing.
From sworn police officers and specialized teams to the civilian professionals who support policing every day, this is your opportunity to ask questions, explore different career paths and get a closer look at the work happening across the Calgary Police Service.
And you don’t have to be thinking about a career in policing to join us. Families, students and community members are invited to come explore, get hands-on with interactive experiences and discover a different side of policing in Calgary.
